Since 1998, Mondo Civils has accumulated a vast share of completed projects dating back to a time before digital cameras and online marketing. Over the past years, we have proven our work will stand the test of time. The following are just a few of our recorded projects which are highlighted by their unique character in some way or other.

MAN TRUCK, CLAYVILLE
Client: Man Truck
The site shared a boundary with a stormwater channel which was extremely turbulent during storms. It was not helped by the brick obstruction which disrupted the hydraulics flow in the channel and consequently the water overflowed into the MAN TRUCK yard and washed away the embankment inside. This made a large portion of the yard unusable. Our solution was to improve the hydraulic flow of the channel and to install gabion baskets with drainage on the inside. It has encountered many storms since and the design has successfully stood up to everything mother nature could through at it.

SALEX ROAD, HURLINGHAM
Our client needed some protection from the river flooding his property while also being able to utilise the back area better. This was a combination of retaining wall and earthworks all resting on a foundation of gabions. The structure has stood up to all recent rainfalls since construction.

WATERFALL ESTATE Stand 3980
Client: S Kallan
Our task was to provide a natural architectural wall which complied with the estates height restrictions and still provided a high enough barrier for security. We installed a galvanised weldmesh gabion with a steel fram and included conceiled support posts in the middle to offer structural support.
