Since 1998, Mondo Civils has accumulated a vast share of completed projects dating back to a time before digital cameras and on-line marketing. Over the past years, we have proven our work will stand the test of time. The following are just a few of our recorded projects which are highlighted by their unique character in some way or other.

STORAGE GENIE BOKSBURG
Client: Storage Genie
On a tight budget and very limited slope for stormwater drainage, our client needed a low cost solution for access roads to the extention of the storage units. We used the existing soil, which after testing proved to be adequate as a stabilised base for the roads. Once the roads where competed we formed the platforms to the units, paved the road surfaces and installed the stormwater infrastructure.

PALM RIDGE GDE SCHOOL
Client: Gauteng Dept. Education
For this large scal project we took unused land and converted it to a fully serviced property ready for delivery. The project included:
- Site Clearing
- Bulk Earthworks
- Stormwater
- Final road subgrade, subbase and base
- Paving
- and Concrete work

ERWAT OVERFLOW PARKING
Client: Ekurhuleni Water Care Company
This was a small project done for ERWAT to accomade additional parking bays at their Sebokeng depot. It consisted of site clearing, levelling the eartworks to falls and final compaction to the required density. Paving and kerbs were used to complete the work.

BERTRAMS SCHOOL
Client: Kwikspace
This project involved the demolition of an existing house next door to the established school, clearing off all the vegetation and building up the platform (which was originally stepped) to a level compacted surface ready for the construction of the additional classrooms. We used our Kubla software to accurately predict the balance of cut to fill to minimise costs.

RATANDA GDE SCHOOL
Client: Kwikspace
In this project we took a greensfield portion of land and convert it to a fully functional serviced property. Our work included site clearing, bulk earthworks, stormwater installation and finisl road construction. Our client, Kwikspace took over the site within a month of us starting and install their prefabricated buildings and services.

CLINICS, NW PROVINCE
CLIENT: Kwickspace
Two Clinics away from home were install in just two weeks. We needed to arrange everything locally while excavation started and procure all materials including lime, cement, paving blocks, kerbs, and G5 crushed stone. The rain didn't help. Without meticulous planning, this project would have been a calamity. It was a great success.
